I feel like I've just binge watched and got to the season finale and now I have to wait to see what happens next. Inquiring minds want to know how the EFI conversion goes.

Thanks! It's been slow going and I hope it picks up when the car is drivable again.

Need to paint the frame and reassemble this weekend.

And Im ready to assemble the engine with my new modified engine stand mount that can hold the upper crank case securely without the lower girdle

Cylinder head resurfaced light as possible along with a valve grind.

Didn't get far with the trans rebuild yet, didnt get my trans parts from DPI so I may hold off since the engine build has taken so long and I want the car done by the end of the month. Atleast The bell housing is super clean.

Did get this nice box from DPI with most everything ill need.

Was the bell housing hot tanked with the block? It looks fantastic. Since this is a rebuild, are reusing the stock Pistons or going High compression?

The bell housing along with many engine parts were walnut shell blasted by myself. Hot tanks would damage aluminum.

Stock pistons, i still have to pass smog with this engine.

Interesting, I could swear I've seen our engine blocks after some kind of cleaning process that made them bright and shiny like new engine clean. I swore it was a chemical cleaning process.
