BTTF replica driving through North Dakota?

    Hey all,
Just received word that on May 1 a friend on mine observed a BTTF delorean headed east on I94. I don't know of any replicas around here. Anyone know who might have been traveling through Fargo towards Minneapolis?

Thats probably Mark Shields. He lives in the Minneapolis area. He rents his time machine to events. http://timemachinerental.com/

The website states he has had his car in Las Vegas since last October until May 1st this year. Sounds like he's meandering his way back home.

Not sure how into the "DeLorean" crowd he is though. He's never come to any of the Minnesota events I've been to and I've never met him.

I met Mark at Cars & Coffee once, very nice guy, just isn't that active at events. As far as I know he has the only time machine in MN.

Mark also has a few other movie cars such as the 1989 Batmobile, a Transformers Bumble Bee, and the screen used Uncle Rico's van from Napoleon Dynamite.

That was Terry and I headed home on May 1st. That was State #48. We did South Dakota on the way West. Really enjoyed the drive.

    You two really get around!

My sister said "hi" to you on my behalf at Ottawa Comicon this past weekend. I just couldn't get away from work.

Cool, Oliver! Awesome how tight a group we are where someone can't drive without being identified!

I'm still a bit bummed out that you guys already had an existing commitment to prevent you from coming down to Miami for Florida Supercon at the end of June/first of July this summer. We're currently in the final stages of working on bringing in some of the actors from Doctor Who and the opportunity to recreate a live version in the event hall of the famous "Delorean Hits TARDIS" T-shirt artwork would have been simply awesome! We may still do it, minus the time circuits of course, with my "plain vanilla" car, LOL...

I see that they were recently in Alaska. I wonder was this part of this epic trip or a separate one? State 49?

I don't always drive cars, but when I do, I prefer DeLoreans

No-one is to stone anyone, even, and I want to make this absolutely clear, even if they do say "carburetor"
