Yes there were some big changes to fit them, wheels are untouched while wearing 205/50R15 (pretty identical in diameter to stock 14") but the front hubs a not Delorean anymore.
Going to 15 in front was required for my 280mm StopTech brakes to fit. Since I'm using a ford Escort wheel hub and custom brake caliper bracket I was also able to narrow the front track 20mm; after trying it at stock width and having issues with the tire hitting the front of the fender arch.
