This car looks like its been sitting a while. Less than 10k miles. Seller doesn't mention whether the car runs or drives. Seems to be open to negotiation though. Could be a good deal for someone here.

I was just looking at that one, too. With flat tires, I can't imagine that it drives, and I would seriously doubt that it runs.
The ad has a feel of "this has been taking up space for far too long and I want rid of it".

I want to see some pics of the frame.
Tires definitely need replaced but, that's a minor issue deppending on the rest of the cars condition.
And it looks like it needs All the service upgrades.
