Manual Pedal Box

In town visiting my parents who have a few parts of mine that I do not need. One is this manual pedal box. The previous owner painted the pedals yellow. Looks like it is missing a piece tho that connects two pedals together, see the last picture. No idea how much to ask for it. Has some weight so shipping may be a bit higher than usual.
