Since I replaced my complete stock exhaust system, it's been sitting in a box. I'm moving, lots less space, and I'd rather have some money than a box collecting dust.
You get the entire exhaust system, as pictured. I even kept (most of) the nuts and bolts, although I wouldn't reuse them.
Both manifolds, the crossover pipe, the cat, the muffler, brackets, heatshields, O2 sensor, it's all there.
