BTTF Screenings in the Chicagoland area

Creating a DMC Club "generic" BTTF screenings thread, so I (or anyone else) can add other local BTTF screenings to this thread at a later date.

There are two BTTF screenings coming up soon ... one next week, in late July and the other in mid-August, just after the Woodward weekend.


Friday July 27 (midnight) ---> BTTF Screening at the Tivoli Theatre in Downers Grove, IL (DeLoreans displayed from 10:04pm until midnight)


Tuesday August 21 (7:30pm) ---> BTTF Screening at the Marcus Theatre in Orland Park, IL (DeLoreans displayed 6pm until 7:30pm or later)

Please RSVP for any BTTF screening you plan to attend with your DeLorean, so we know how many priority parking spaces to reserve.

Bump. The first Summer evening screening of BTTF in the Chicagoland area is Tonight...well, technically the movie will start Saturday at 12:01am.

The next Summer evening screening of BTTF in the Chicagoland area is in two weeks, but we are already seeing some press for it, in print.

How was the turnout for the Tivoli showing Rich? I love that theatre, and that is where I saw the first BTTF when it was originally out in 1985.

Ryan B brought out the replica time machine, which was great. We had a great turnout.

Overall, the event went very well. The folks at the Tivoli were great. Everyone who RSVP'd in advance got a Reserved Parking space.
Those who did not RSVP and came, parked in the Fire Lane, which I advised against. Later in the evening, the Fire Lane "access" was
required and I had a great "I told you so" opportunity, which I passed on saying out loud, but I think the message was still understood.

So, for those planning to attend the Marcus Theatre event, please RSVP in advance (I do not think that is too much to ask).

For those who really want to have some Firemen move your car for you, I can arrange that sometime at another event (LOL).
