Ladies and Gentleman... The 2013 Pagani Huayra First Drive

I have to say I do like the door design...

Each bolt is etched with the company logo and the set of bolts for each car is $112,000.

    WOW...

I honestly got more excited about the Hyundai Veloster. Exotic doesn't have to just mean weird looking.

I'm a big Pagani fan. Super high-quality and extreme attention to detail. Not to mention an amazing sounding engine (courtesy of AMG Mercedes) and exhaust note.

    Must watch for the fans.

I do prefer this than the Zonda. Shame about the doors though, because I liked them being more exclusive. Really don't want the gull wings to be a common thing.

Those gullwings are huge! Still don't look as good as ours though. I have a feeling gullwing doors are in, they seem to be appearing more lately. Check out the Tesla Model X. It has gullwings but never has a car had them like this, its weird.

Not sure about their electricals though.

I took a Ferrari F430 Spider for a spin a few years ago and it was riddled with warning lights on the dash. I was told it was normal.

Some do. There are absolute masters of Italian car design such as Giorgetto Giugiaro & Pininfarina. The new school of car design I do not care for. Even with the Lamborghini Countach being as it were a mid-engined vehicle with an enormous drivetrain, the lines of the car gave it balance to try and show at least a harmonious cabin and engine compartment. The new school of design shows everything as cab-forward, and it just looks horrible IMO. Rather that looking like you become one with the car and command it from a central cockpit, you look like you're driving a damn cabover tractor where the passengers are an afterthought. I guarantee you if KIA or Hyundai cranked out the same exact vehicles at affordable prices to where these designs were no longer *exclusive*, there would be no praise at all for them.
