    Buzzing sound

After driving for a while, say 25 min, theres been a strange Buzzing sound coming from the engine. Its only happened in the past two days. Plus, the smell of gasoline is strong too. Any idea of what it could be?

I would get that buzzing sometimes also. Forgot about it since I've not heard it anymore. I did remove my heat stove which I think may have caused it.

When I hear about a "buzzing" noise, I'm always suspicious of the fuel pump (although I know you said it was coming from the engine). Still, maybe your ears are playing tricks on you, and the noise is actuall coming from the front -- open the front compartment to hear the pump better. Where is the fuel smell coming from? Back/front/interior?

Remember: FUEL + ENGINE (on the outside) = DANGER

If there are no visible signs of fuel on the engine (do a thorough search), or under the car, re-inspect the fuel tank area. You might have a leak, and/or a pump about to go bad.
