I bought my car / Not a Delorean

Hey guys, been a member here for some time now, was hot and heavy on getting a Delorean, even made a couple of offers but could not pull one off that was close to mint.

Realizing that a good (completely redone) Delorean was out of my reach I went in another direction. The car I choose is every bit as hot if not more so in some respects, I won't get the annoying back to the future questions and it is more turn key.

I'm still in love with the Stainless and those doors, but I just had to move on.

Here's a link to my new ride, I'll pop in here from time to time (if you don't mind) because I do love the "D".

Let me know your thought on my choice. Mine's the Purple with flames.

IMHO, i'd unflame it, but im not one for anything flamed that's not done in either ghost flames or Mike Lavalle styled flames.

Nice car. I love the flames. I prefer ghost flames, but those will do. Congrats, I think the important thing is you got a toy car, something fun.

Funny thing is I prefer solid colors myself, but I don't like the Purple and I don't like flames but on this car (to me anyway) the flames offset the purple enough to make it all work. The car has 42K miles when I picked it up a few extras like the flames, chrome wheels, chrome luggage rack (not shone), upgraded speakers, and a front view camera so I don't bang that low front nose.

22K I picked her up for and I'm thrilled. Thanks again!

Love it, flames and all. If I ever got rid of the Delorean the prowler was one of the cars I would want to own!!
Or a viper!!

Prowlers are fun little cars. My Grandmother bought one brand new (2002) red color. It only has about 4000 miles on it and she sill has it.

That looks like a very very cool car. But because of the biased opinion I have built up I would still take a Delorean.
