    First and Last TV Appearence

Here's a question or two for you:

What was the first TV or movie appearance of the DeLorean, excluding TV ads and other DMC promotions.

And what was the last, where the car appeared as part of the cast (excluding such things as Shipping Wars/Repo Wars where the car was the subject of the program).

I am thinking of shows where a cast member drove one, or it appeared noticeably in the background.

I don't always drive cars, but when I do, I prefer DeLoreans

No-one is to stone anyone, even, and I want to make this absolutely clear, even if they do say "carburetor"

There was a DMC in the pilot movie of "Matt Houston", which aired Sept. 26/82.

Somewhere between the inside of the parking garage and exiting the parking garage they loose the front license plate! Must of used two completely cars for that. Looked like the vanity was "cowb???"

Assuming we're not talking about any kind of documentary type shows, car shows (monster garage, wheeler dealers, shipping wars, etc)

I'd say the most recent actual DeLorean use is the show Ashes to Ashes:

    Or the American Dad episode.

Looks like the plate probably read "Cowboy", since he's from Texas and his name is Matt Houston. That acting is right up there with Porn. I was expecting him to throw her over the hood of the car at any moment. =S

That's one way to justify the hood "X"
