That's actually the second sighting I've had this season. I forgot to post the first. It was at the self car wash on Excelsior Blvd between 169 and Blake Rd in Hopkins. That would have been a couple of weeks ago now. I had sort of assumed that it would have been Paul Hagga but that was really just an assumption.

I'm also on 169 a fair amount (not as much as Jim, mainly weekends). Drove my D today from Maple Grove to my mechanic in Bloomington. Getting an A/C charge today.
