Very fishy. I jumped around a lot so mo i didn't watch the whole thing but what I did see kept me from watching anymore. Definately not a 10 second pass for the S+H car, looked like it was rolling around 60mph at the line. And the KITT race, are you kdding me? The T/A would have got absolutely smoked if that was a straight up race.
Dont get me started on the announcer,.....Jeez, I'm starting to sound like Chad.
EDIT...Ahhhhh it's a 1/8 mile track.

So is the Star Cars thing Charger Steve puts on part of the Wednesday night car cruise in El Cajon?
And OT, regarding the General Lee, I think Lee Smith of Simpsons might be selling his as well as his Rosco Police car as well as everything else- they have the property where the nursery was up for sale.

Just watched it- kinda surprised (yet happy) the D beat the Lee...
If I owned that Charger I would have just driven off in shame. Sorry but something is wrong with that car if it couldn't take a Delorean, let alone a time machine conversion.
I would have liked to see the upgraded KITT against the Mustang KITT.

It showed the DMC horsepower as 197 hp if I'm not mistaken? So the General Lee at least got beat by a Stage II engine (I am assuming).

Yeeeaaaaahh. I'm going to have to go ahead and call it rigged. V8 vs a V6 loaded down with BTTF junk? Yeaaaaahhhh...... blah blah blah TPS reports.
