    Delorean in my dreams

It finally happened last night- I had a dream with a Delorean, and it was awesome. Got in the car, started it up (sounded like the one in the movie), and was going to take her out on the open road, but decided to take it on a closed track/football field (??), to make sure she was running well. Not only did she run well but was fast and responsive..

Hoping for more Delorean dreams til I can get my own.

I had one a while back: I was driving with a buddy of mine in the passenger seat, it was night time I think, and as we were going downhill, for no apparent reason the rear end start to go up up up, until the DeLorean summersaulted once, then landed upright. We opened the doors to get out and survey the damage (which for some reason were now opening like regular doors) my friend said, "oh shit". Then I woke up... Weird.

Many many months back, when I was getting quite close to having enough money to get one, I had a dream that I just hopped in a DeLorean and started driving, and right when I got all excited that I owned a DeLorean, I woke up. I think I woke up when I was saying how exciting it was, both in my dream and out loud. As I'm telling my family about this dream, I started telling them the inaccuracies -- things that are different than stock DeLoreans -- and then I had no idea if I should be excited that I dreamed of driving one, or if I should be worried that I was dwelling on all the factual errors. I wound up more confused on how to interpret my reaction until I forgot about it. Weird.

I have lots of DeLorean dreams including rescuing them from the Sultan of Brunei having mine fall apart. One cool one, though, is waaay back when I was in the 8th grade, I had a recurring dream about driving a DeLorean around on my school's soccer/football field. For some reason this dream always stuck in my mind. Then, when I finally got an actual DeLorean, I drove back to that school and drove it onto the lawn to literally "live the dream". I love doing surreal stuff like that.

No-one is to stone anyone, even, and I want to make this absolutely clear, even if they do say "carburetor"
