    True Tilt Steering Column

Hey guys, I am curious has anyone dropped a different steering column in with a legitimate tilt to it or altered the factory Delorean column? I need another inch between it and my crotch.

Instead of changing the steering column you can try lowering the seat or getting a smaller steering wheel. There are companies that can custom build you a steering column if that is what you prefer but the dash will prevent you from moving the column up any higher.

I would try and stay away from a wheel any smaller. The smaller the wheel the greater the force needed to turn it. If you are up to replacing the wheel anyway, try a "D" shape steering wheel. I had a Momo Apache wheel on a previous car. You can get similar no name wheels for 35 bucks or so on ebay. That will give you 3+ inches just by changing the wheel...except when you turn
