Previous Owner of 5875 - 1981/Grey/5-Speed/Grooved Hood
From various cues, this looks to be made in the early to mid 90's.....Ed's predictions about future values were off just a tad.

Good lord, I'll say. "In 7-10 years $75,000-$100,000"
Did he seriously think the cars were going to increase in value $5,000-$10,000 per year?

Nice video and nice find. Still want a Caterham 7
The number plate on the Seven is an "R" plate, first issued in Aug 97, so I would guess the DOA piece was earlier that year, or maybe 1996.
On the second or third car, at the start of the Delorean piece, there is some sort of low profile black box either at the rear of the T panel or the top of the louvers. Anyone know what that would be? Looked too solid to be a luggage rack.

I was going on things that EB and other owners were saying about what the cars were worth compared to what they were selling for 10-11 years ago. Another owner referred to the "association" (I assume he was talking about the DOA) going on for 11 years now....but at the end sure enough copyright 2000

IIRC, the DOA was formed in 1983 (at least that is when the first issues of DeLoreanWorld came out)
10-11 years would then be 1994/5. I guess someone sat on that footage for a while, unless Ed can't count.
A further 10 years would have out $100k cars in 2005. mmmm
