Finally paid my respects to John DeLorean

I remember back in 2005 when I heard John DeLorean had passed away, and was quite upset. I had always wanted to meet the man, and express my gratitude for what he had done, the magnificent car he had built, and the work that went into it. What he accomplished in his lifetime was nothing short of astounding, at Packard, General Motors, and later DeLorean. He has always been a personal hero of mine, and I regret I never had the chance to tell him in person while he was still alive. Today I had a job interview in the Metro Detroit area for an Engineering position, and finally made the time to go see his final resting place in Troy. I found, it, cleared the snow away, and was finally able to express my feelings.

    Is that at White Chapel?

Also, not to switch topics, but what company and area did you apply for? Good Luck! (I'm curious as I'm an Electrical Eng at Nissan).

I just realized the image on the memorial is Tamir's car:

The headlight covers tripped my memory.

For those of you that did not attend JZD's wake, I am attaching low-res copies of the "poster" photos that Tamir sent me
from California, to have printed, poster size, and transported to MI for the wake. They were setup around the wake room.
