Can't believe it has working lights
Like the other said, it is more than a wooden model, it has life now

    Front lights

for past few days there was good few trials and errors on front lights. Wanted to get best possible result of the looks of the front lights.
    So here it goes...
Started with this, my good old friend Arthur Guinness came in to workshop to give us a hand on project

    it got cut in pieces

    made some clever tool

    did some mirror shine polishing

used my new cool tool and hammer to make some cool stuff

and I have shiny reflectors for my lights

    looking good

    time paint background black

clear plastic saved from flowers used for glass imitation...lines cut with paper knife

vola, 2 lights done so far

will be adding another cool feature

here's lights in action with dimming control

    lights, trunk

    both lights in

before wiring front lights need to sort out trunk for space
    first panel goes in

back wall of trunk goes in

    sides

and floor...with correctly positioned spare wheel space...front wall to be added...all to be primed and painted in glossy black paint

and few more details to be added

    trunk

wanted to add small detail to trunk from this piece

    carved into this

    it became into this

    painted

watching the looks of new inlay, looks and feels cool, will go for it

end result, will be perfect place for storage

    and in place, looking good

over past couple of days managed to add 4 coats of special amber yacht varnish to most parts of body to enhance and protect body, except doors for this moment.
