I was not trying to disparage anyone, just trying to inject some humor while pointing out many of the "problems" people have is differing expectations when dealing as buyers and sellers. Accents do vary in different areas of the country and some people may assume something is included even if it is not specifically mentioned. I agree you cannot judge all New Jersyians by the TV show. And NO, we do not say New Joisey. As for bad driving you can find it in every State. The "Jersey Barrier" was invented in New Jersey as was the Drive In (among many other notable inventions). Used to be a very friendly car State. Now not so much. Most people think of NJ as just the NJ Turnpike, especially the smells around exit 13-14.

Does David even qualify as a New Jersyian? If he trips going out his front door, he will stumble into New York. He better hope a strong breeze never catches the state line, otherwise he will find himself a New Yorker.

Found this inside the front door of my latest bus purchase:

Funny story about buyer and seller being from different places:

Artie Shaw once had a member of his orchestra order some new band folios. This particular musician had spent his formative years in Boston, so the folders came back labelled, in beautiful gold embossing, "The Ottie Shore Orchestra."

It is legit, I have worked with Bob in the past too. I bought an engine from him, the price was good, and it ran well as promised... and he even delivered it personally to my shop. No complains here.

Southerners certainly don't speak English quite the way Northerners do---Southerners generally speak direct and speak the truth. My 2 cents.

While yanks have no R, I'd imagine you'd be known as Fahhah in Boston.
eBay selling at it's best I can tell you stock Delorians and quite a bit of slugs so the Turbo is a super nice up-grade.

Oh, man, tell me about it -- hardly anyone not from the South has been able to put the final R on my name. Bill says it right, but half my co-workers call me "Farrah." Drives me nuts. I've started saying "Close. What do you want?"
