Oh gee... Well I guess the short version is Houston ( who doesn't really own the "DMC" logo) likes to send out cease and desist letters when people used the font without their express permission. They have a stylized version of it which they've TMd. But the original DMC logo designed by GG, adopted by DMCL, is defunct.

The logo comes up in thread conversation from time to time.

Oh that! Hahaha! Had no idea of the title. Well as long as I am not selling it or making multiple copies of it.... I can carve, etch, scribble, draw the DMC where ever I like

I don't suppose they would come over to Europe with that huh? A guy in Poland seems to be using the logo on different items. (Oops, should have not given that away)

Right. Even if you were, and they did, I doubt it'd go anywhere. Keep on on keepin' on bro'. And give that guy in Poland my best!

No, that's the compressor wheel, all turbos do that to some extent. There are no belts involved with turbos, the turbine wheel is on the same shaft as the compressor wheel; superchargers have belts.

why are most D's idling so irregular?
AFAIK most idle hunting is from hysteresis / feedback loop in the idle speed controller (old electromechanical design) and lambda system (old unheated narrowband sensor). Any cylinder-specific issue (injectors, compression) will increase vibration and make hunting worse.
