this is why the fans are turned on with the AC, so it can get a head start.

Also because the condenser MUST have air going through it when the compressor is running or the high side pressure will blow things up.

My bad. What I meant by forcing the fans to turn on was implying the otterstat was not turning them on as they should have been. More of a troubleshooting/just get me home alternative if you will.
