    unknown ground wire under binnacle

I was under my dash this evening replacing the steering column bushing and when I was putting the column back up I found a good size ground wire that was not attached. I looked on my other car and could not find the same wire anywhere. I took a pic of it, it can reach to side screw where the knee pads attach to the pontoon.946183_107506642788801_875182569_n.jpg935687_107506596122139_2120045826_n.jpg

Do your windshield wipers work? There is a looped ground for them.

Nope, not the wipers. They are still working correctly

10719 has the very same ground connection. It was originally bolted onto the stud used to secure the door switch trim piece to the main body. I wondered what it was doing there.

Yeah, that's what I thinking to put it. Everything has been working just fine. Ill attach it there and see what happens. Wonder if it just is a connection between different grounds on the inside of the car
