The Stewart Auto Group from my hometown (Pataskala) is selling a 1982 DeLorean vin 20094. Funny enough, my high school classmate happens to be the son of the guy who owns this dealership.

Here ya guys go! Hopefully someone good bites. DPI Josh, youre up!

VIN 20094... that'd make it an '83, not an '82. One of the last 10 DeLoreans produced at the factory, in fact.

That's what that is, it looked familiar, but I couldn't quite place it.

Seems like a nice original car. Not messed with too much. You could easily remove the CB

I emailed them, lets see what they say. I hope they aren't one of those stealerships asking over $30k. If it is at a max of $25k, I will see if I can trade my car for as close to $17k and finance the rest. If not, nothing lost but a few moments of my time inquiring, right? I'm willing to make the trip to Ohio if it works out. It may be a long shot, but as my father said today [Quoting his father] "You can't win the lottery if you don't play.".

    Strange ad.

Not a single word about the car, its condition, history or whether it even runs. Even the "Vehicle Description" section has 10 lines about how great the dealership is but not a sentence about the car.

No-one is to stone anyone, even, and I want to make this absolutely clear, even if they do say "carburetor"

I noticed that too, I emailed them asking questions they failed to anticipate, rather they gave us a paragraph of dealership propaganda. When I get answers, I'll report them here in case I don't go with this car. I am seriosuly expecting a rediculously high price tag as all stealerships do once they get their hands on a D. I say the magic number they chose was $32k, lets see. lol
