Yep, Bugs is one of my all-time favorites. I tried searching for a pic with him driving a Delorean, but no luck.

Also be sure that the anti-static wire inside the tank isn't is keeping it from coming all the way up.

Is it safe to bend the anti-static wire out of the way, if that turns out to be the case?
