    Your favorite DMC Vendor should have that heat shield in stainless steel for pretty cheap. It might be easier than trying to trace the dimensions of that one with the big hole in the middle. The shape has to be pretty exact to line up with the mounting bracket holes and clear the alternator.

    I'd wear some gloves and a mask if you decide to try and use that old one as a template.

    +1, a P100 mask/respirator can handle asbestos... anything less is insufficient.

    I measured mine up, I can post of a drawing if you want. Its pretty straight forward. Getting a new one lasercut out of aluminum.
