Got a car for my son last week. Here she is awaiting to be finished. It's a Jaguar SS-100 replicar. It has the custom frame, Mustang Suspension, 0-mile rebuilt 2.8l V6, fresh ford rear end, 5 speed manual and lots of work left to do. This is going to be a great Father/Son project for the next few months. We are really hoping to finish it by the time his Jr. prom comes around in Mid-May as it has a 20/30 theme.
If anyone has experience with this type of project I would love to hear from you. It's about 60% complete and has changed hands a few times so some things are missing, some steps were done out of sequence, somethings are different (instructions are for a 4cyl. with automatic), etc. This is going to be a challange but looking forward to see him running down the road in it.

Took some new pictures today on the edge of Vegas, overlooking Nellis AFB, yeah, my front window is a little dirty, but I'm in the desert, so it's to be expected.

Here is an updated photo of the car I posted about back in February. We are making progress. It's a little dark but night was falling when I quit for the day. Just finished the roof bows and was test fitting the top to see how she looks. We've made a lot of progress since February.
