Wrecked Delorean's 'n accident images

One of those was a parts car I had a while back. The one with a burned rear end in the field. That same car is the one on the flatbed trailer with the red truck in the background. After stripping all I needed that car went to Rich W. Basically a rolling frame with a torched engine and a decent transmission. Rich...did you ever do anything with that parts car?

Yes, I was able to salvage a few items from that burn car, including the wheels, hubs, axles, and
possibly some core parts as well. Unfortunately, I have parts from at least 4 different burn cars,
so I do not recall all the parts that were taken off each of the burn cars. I do need to take a few
photos of some of the very sad, damaged parts that I have kept over the years.

I believe the doors from this vehicle were cut down for either the original DeLorean Hovercraft
or the DeLorean Roadster Convertible (the original "test fit" doors).

I think I may have passed along the the burned torsion bar(s) to Dave Swingle at a Tech Day.

Found a few more photos of that car ... that was the one that was vandalized and set on fire.

I still have the front section of this underbody ... in fact I just moved it around this weekend.

I told him I'd give him $3,500, considering all the stainless panels are damaged, the frame is shot, the engine is shot etc. Even then I thought I was being too generous. He told me to "pound sand" and that he'd "rather let it rot" then sell it for less and also that he "makes half a million a year so he doesnt need the money and will just keep sitting in it smokies fatties."
