The main page on the Auto-Brochures site includes history and features of the D, not entirely accurately - see if you can find the goof-ups in it.
The one called "...Flyer v.2" is interesting. Listed as a US brochure the grammar/spelling and units of measure suggest it was aimed at the UK sales market. Page 2 of that one has what looks like a manifesto by JZD.
