Contact Dave (Bitsyncmaster) here on the forum. The solid state relays he sells are far superior to the aging fanzilla technology. I have a lot of his products, and I recommend them highly.

I think PJ Grady is still selling his black box, aka, an unbadged fanzilla

If it were me, I wouldn't want another box in my relay compartment. I already have a box for an alarm, and extra relays to operate door lock actuators. That's is why the solid state relays Dave sells is a nice option. It keeps the clutter reduced.

Speaking of cleaning up the clutter, I also moved my door lock unit between the metal bracket and glass body so you can't see it. Not sure if everyone could do this. It depends on how long the wires to connector are. Mine had the lockzilla so I think the wires were longer.
