LED is a great alternative, but they are deeper and the buckets might need an installation ring instead. I heard some people are working on that now.

I installed that plastic one too. It looks good with the lights of. They are the angel eye version. But it remains plastic....

Jan, Any pics you could post for us? I would love to see what your halo lights look like. For the low price that they are available online (only $30 bucks!?), if they look good and have as good or better light output than my crappy OEMs then I can get past them being plastic until someone makes something better as you mentioned may be coming. Hope to see some pics of your halos please!

Looks like jwspeaker has led lights that might fit. Intended for big trucks. Can't find the price just now but I've seen it, and it was steep. Cost of early adoption I guess. Here again, the lens is plastic.

LOL. ok, I gotcha. Thanks for the pic and the video. Where did you buy your square halos and what was the cost if you don't mind me asking? I think I like the outer square halos (in the video you posted) better than the inner circle halos (in the pic at the beginning of this thread).

I only have the high beams in that version, the regular ones are the original ones.
This is the best picture I could find, I do not have them with the lights on, but I will see to do this nect weekend.
I am not replacing the regular ones becasue it is so hard to so, and I scratched my facia doing tha tth last time. I am waiting for the LED ones.

But one tip I can give you. Clean your lenses from the inside. remove the bulp and the bracket, and clean the lens inside, it looks a lot better!!

No, I do not work at Airbus, or I would be jealous to myself too
We went to the Swedish delorean event this year and on the way back we stopped at the Airbus plant in Hamburg which was a pretty neat sight. We saw one od the big Beluga airbus planes taking off, and a brand new A380 leaving the plant.
The guys were nice enough to allow our cars to park in front of the main entrance for the picture.
