    That is a thing of beauty! How difficult was it matching the DeLorean shift linkage and cable to the Porsche unit?

    I cut the standard gearbox mounts in half and just modified them to suit the new position of the gearbox. The frame was modified slightly to allow this to happen and I also opened up above the gear linkage hole so the cross gate cable bracket wouldn't hit the frame.

    No real mods apart from a few trims for the gearbox and the engine mounts themselves.

    I didn't. I used the porsche shifter and rod. The 915 uses a simple shaft that rotates and goes forward/back. I needed to cut a few inches out of it, but it wasn't bad. I have some good pics I will dig up.
