5-6psi max, we're not trying to push it to much just give Sam a little extra power. This setup would be good for much more boost if the engine was built for it.

Nice turbo set up. What is the plan for ignition timing control? I see there is still a stock dizzy.

Ed has been slowly working on mine while he was mainly focused on the Turbo VR6. Now that it is done, he's goen full bore into mine. A couple pics for people. The first is the main belt pulley was removed to replace the seal. It took an 18v electric impact at 400ft/lb of torque to ge the nut off.

The 2nd is the new exhaust

You beat me to it! I also pick up the cold start valve block off plates and parts for the turbo intake to the K-jet plenum tomorrow.

Quick update, I got the exhaust installed and it fits and looks great. I also installed the new cold start valve cover and it fit perfect. I may have the car running Sunday or Monday. I just have to hook up the fuel pressure regulator and create a base map using Sherry's setting as her car is using the same injectors. The machine shop should have the last intake part done and ready to pick up Tuesday and I'll be able to complete the charge piping. I'll post pics later, it was just to dark to get a good pic of the exhaust.

New exhaust installed and just finished setting the base timing. Lots of adjustments to still do. I like how you can barely see the two muffler pieces poking out of the bottom, and the sound fits the car very well I think.

Today I was finally able to get the distributors mechanical timing and the MegaSquirt's timing synced and it's getting full advance and matching the crank pulley perfectly. I installed the wideband and the fuel was very close because I used Sherry's fuel table as a base because they use the same injectors. I should be able to get the charge piping done this week and then start tuning it. Here is a video of the engine running on a VERY rough tune, it has a lot more to go before its done.
