Post Finally Got it and did a Resto-mod!

I finally received one (Free!) from a fellow DCOer, Al Kirk (Thanks again Al!) and did a very fast 3-4 week turn-around restoration in time for DCS...I'll let the pics speak for themselves...I do have a complete build album on my facebook page...enjoy! There are videos of it out there spinning the tire and Lucas driving around under the tent

No-one is to stone anyone, even, and I want to make this absolutely clear, even if they do say "carburetor"

    Great work, Josh!

Also looking for one of these for my 2-year old son, but I do in addition have the problem to be located in Germany

So if anyone has one of these, maybe in Europe, or a clue how to ship it to Germany, please drop me a line. THANKS

I was at DMC NW this Tuesday and they have one in their lobby. One of you could call Toby Peterson and ask him if he is willing to part with it. Not sure if it is "electric". It looks like the one posted in the initial thread post and made the impression that it is rather one that you have to push or ride like a go-cart.

The way I see it, if you're gonna drive around in a car, why not do it with some style?

It's electric, just modified with modern components(motor, battery, shifter, wiring)
