Sellers that cover up the critical parts... the sunshade falls rigth over the binnacle, so you may assume it has sundamage. I'mvery suspicious when they do that.
Buying from the US has certain advantages; indeed a lot more choice, Prices are also lower in the US, but shipping from the US does not come cheap.
I think you're better of looking for one on this side of the atlantic for practical reasons.

I'm sure you'll find Delorean owners that will go look at it for you and give you an honest opinion, like our fellow Delorean drivers do in ths US.
If I would buy a new Delorean I would go to the US. Going there and the shipment will compensate, but you'll have a free trip to the US as a bonus, and there are always great things to see over there.

There are 2 Delorean in the Moscow region at this time I think.
