I tried to, but the guy insisted on texting them for some reason, sounds sketchy, but didn't hurt to go along with texting the pictures, even though the guy won't reply now.

Just steer clear. He is probably a scammer or just not serious about selling. Either way its a waste of your time and/or a risk to your finances
