Yeah it's kinda scary how many burned up DeLoreans have been popping up recently. It would be interesting to know what the atual root cause of the fire was...it looks like it could have been fuel related but it could also have been electrical.
Either way it's not going to hurt to replace those old brittle fuel hoses. I was lucky and caught mine leaking on the fuel distributor before anything caught fire.
