I'll be down the 31st. Might need an angle drive replaced, if anyone has experience in that arena.

I'm trying to debate whether to come down tomorrow, the 31st, or both.

    How's it looking so far?

Things I could do, if there's time:
    - replace coolant hoses (i have a new set. may replace all or replace as required)
    - install self bleeder kit
    - install new angle driver
    - pressure test coolant system
    - still figure out what the hell is wrong with my idle / mixture / etc

Great! Thank you! I have no experience in this area!

I have brought my big breaker bar and can replace angle drives in 15min, except I didn't bring the 24/27mm socket. Maybe Derek has some 1/2in size sockets and an impact gun.

As far as I can tell from what people have written on here, I'm expecting 4-5+ tomorrow, and 6+ on the 31st. And of course, there are always a couple more that come who aren't active on the forum.

I have done my angle drive twice, so I should have the correct size socket. Not sure about the pipe though.... I remember sliding a 5ft aluminum pipe over my wrench, but that was at the shop in Norcross.

I have a small hand rivet gun, which may or may not have the right size head for the job. Do you have the rivets?

ok, my breaker bar should take the place of that pipe. ill be able to figure some how to replace the angle drives with the resources we have.

** rivnut tools are little different than a rivet tools, same concept except the rivnut tool has a treaded end the rivnut goes on to.

Rammerjammer: ebay has rivnut tools for about $40 and free shipping, just an fyi.

I have all of the tools necessary to replace an angle drive. I've done it myself at home twice. I will bring all of it.

Yeah, I don't think I can get a rivnut tool delivered by tomorrow though I was hoping to do it while were were they as I don't know anything about installing rivnuts.
