I have one more question on another set of wires that were fused from the last owner, they have a long extended fuse holder connected to two sets of brown wires coming from the main harness but one of the brown wires is going into the bottom terminal of relay #29 (starter relay) any idea why this is set up this way? I have all my fuses connected in the new fuse box and this is all that is left over that has me confuses. Any ideas???IMAG1570.jpgIMAG1571.jpg

Those are the two diodes that drive the cooling fan relay.

Hard to tell. There are so many brown wires. Maybe just disconnect them and see what does not work.

Just follow the grey wire to the relay terminal:

The pink wire taps into the A/C compressor clutch. The black and orange goes to the cooling fan relay as dave stated. In function, when the A/C is on (clutch activated) the cooling fans are on.
