Cheapest replacement cigarette lighter

In several threads, I've seen this cigarette lighter listed as a direct replacement, that additionally fits normal size plugs.

It costs 17.95 + 7.90 shipping, total $25.85

However...

I did some more searching and found a cheaper source, for the same exact item:

OK, it's not incredibly cheaper, but it's still cheaper. Almost 10% cheaper. And all other things equal, I like to save every penny I can.
Van-cafe.com lists it as shipping UPS ground for like $12, but they say on the webpage small items will ship USPS priority mail. I called in advance to confirm, and yes, it ships USPS priority. I also put a note in the comment section when ordering to ensure it was shipped USPS. My credit card was charged 23.45 and I should have it in a few days.

It's a little more modern looking, and it's blue! I measured the lighter drawing under 7.5 amps, and the bulb under 0.8 amps. I don't know what the stock lighter draws since mine is broke. The only drawbacks I found were the light is kinda dim, and requires a separate ground. I didn't check, but I think the bulb is incandescent.

Those fit?? Dammit! I saw outlets on ebay, but was unsure if they would fit properly. Now I don't feel like I saved $2, I feel like I lost $20!

Sorry! I knew that even if it didn't fit, for that price I would make it fit. But yes, it fits perfectly. A quick search reveals they also come in other colors:
