It's hard enough to find a metric adjustable wrench, but Whitworth adjustable wrenches are just about unobtainable nowadays, except from some boutique UK suppliers catering to the vintage motorcycle crowd.

You are looking for the wrong thing. You need a Whitworth adjustable spanner.
