There are only two alignment adjustments on the car - front toe-in (adjust the tie rod ends) and rear toe-in (add/remove trailing arm shims). Both are actually the same spec. Lowering the rear may make the rear camber slightly steep but without adding aftermarket adjustable lower links you can't compensate anyway.
Short answer - same OE specs are fine.
Generally after installing a lowering kit, ASSUMING IT WAS IN ALIGNMENT TO START WITH you will remove about 3-4 turns EACH SIDE from the front tie rods, and one shim each side in the back. Most car are not in particularly good alignment to begin with so it's worth doing.
The front is the bigger deal, as the car will end up with negative toe (i.e. toed-out) after lowering it. Makes for some pretty bizarre handling especially at speed.

I printed off the service bulletin and provided it to my alignment shop with a few extra shims for the rear. Be sure to tell them to follow the torque specs, especially for the rear trailing arm bolts.

Happiness is a D on a decent, aligned suspension, correctly-balanced wheels along with sorted-out brakes.
Smooth, safe, fun. Glad it worked well for you.
Keep an eye on the rear tire treadwear inside-outside per Dave's rear camber comment. It will take a while to show up if it shows up at all.
