Another congrats for the ton of effort in all you have done. Such a cool update for these cars! I look forward to seeing a fully-functionally completed system.

Update for the new year!
Hello everyone. Giving you a progress update.
The car is now in town. Ken brought it up for some work then dropped it off. I am renting a buddy's garage so I have a place to work on it over the winter. I plan on working on it pretty much every weekend till it is in a basic working state.
First off some 3d printing news. I got my printer and am still working at it, it's not a plug and play operation so it's a learning experience.
This was my 2nd "successful" print. Its really rough
Here is a test print of a dome light fixture with original lens ( still have a lot of tweekng to do)
The Car
Here is my progress over the past few days working on the rear enclosure. I basically raised the rear shelf up about 2in and made it into a chest door. I found a decent match for the carpet and the whole thing will be covered with new carpet for a uniform look. I have a latch and gas strut for the door. Inside I have plenty of space for all my electronics.

Kevin,
Glad to hear that you are making further progress on the digital dashboard. We have not had time to dedicate to this yet, but it is on our list. Been spending all my time fixing up the houses.
Maintenance can sure eat up your time.
BTW, WE are also finally getting to the production of the video of your presentation at DeLorean Weekend 2016. Radek hopes to have it done by the end of the month. He has been very busy with other DeLorean Weekend and Star Trek videos.
We are making progress on the Dream DeLorean. A number of suggestions have come in from other D owners. The car is going to have a totally new dashboard. It is going to be 3D printed. Lots of engineering on making all the HVAC electronic.
Right now, I am booked through the end of March, so I am hoping to really get up this project in April. August 12 in Hinsdale, IL at the Delorean MidWest CLub BBQ will be the first viewing of the Dream Delorean.
