If the above post was DeLorean related it should be noted that I don't know what I'm talking about.

Are those LED headlights? What are those all about?

When I got the car the old headlights were very dim and dangerous to drive at night. The LED lights make the signs show up brighter. I'm slowly converting the whole car to LEDs.

If I find any LED lights that look like the old style I'd go for it.

I guess I kinda asked because I've only seen one car in person with LED headlights and they were blindingly bright. Like the sort of bright that you would assume is illegal. I don't think we'll ever be driving towards each other from the opposite direction, so this can be someone else's problem, but man are lights that bright ever dangerous for other drivers.

I have the Halogen upgrade. Basically it's just a sealed beam housing with a replaceable h7&H4bulbs (maybe different, I can't remember). They do a great job and still look like the OE sealed beams both on and off.

I just checked and they are out of stock but they are readily avaliable from almost anywhere.

I have them pointed down further than most. I also tested them driving in front of my own car to make sure I don't blind someone into driving into me.

Live in Sterling, work in Herndon. A whopping 4 mile commute that barely gets 'er warmed up.
