    Bummer! I know the feeling of having a classic car wrecked. You walked away and the car can be repaired. I know it Still hurts thou. Best of luck.

    Thank you everyone for the well wishes it means alot. Should have the appraiser here in a day or two. I have given them tobys info for dmc midwest, im going to do a follow up call with hm as well to submit whatever information i can

    Man, I can't imagine what you are going through. Remember that it's just a car and can be replaced. Glad you both are OK. I had Hagerty's insure my Bricklin a few years back. I ran over a piece of split firewood and it bounced up and put a large hole in the bell housing of the auto trans. Their parts locator bent over backwards to locate a new housing but couldn't so insisted on replacing the whole transmission, a Chrysler 727 torqueflite. They were unable to do so, and immediately sent a check for 3K to cover the cost and installation of one that I had found.
