Check the "ressurection of BLWNAWY" thread (yes I know it's spelled wrong) under General DeLorean Discussion. Lots more pics I could send if you PM me an email address.

I asked the same - they wouldn't say if it was a sexual connotation or a terrorism one. I explained that it is supercharged, or "blown", and they relented and accepted it. BTW on my Corvette I used to have VETTDRM (VETTE DREAM) and no one ever complained that I know of. Got tired of that and switched to "31 MPG". Back when I sold DeLorean parts my DMC daily driver was PARTDLR. My Tahoe is MRUTURN - something to do with my driving style...

Here are mine on 10162, the previous owner had them done, but I think I'll keep them unless I come up with something better!

Guy at work asks me today if I have custom plates. I say No. He says, "it must have been someone else I saw then - I thought it was you, but this car had plates that said [C U Earlier]" Not sure how it was spelled.

I thought that was clever, given the number of Z cars with Z U L8TR.

Now - question is, who is it??? No one I've met around here.

I'd seen a few plays on the word FLUX before, but not this one. It wasn't taken, and I'm surprised it didn't set off any flags. It now sits proudly on 5470.
