Distributor Pulse coil gap.. is this where I check it.

I've been chasing an occasional engine miss since my rebuild last month.

Narrowed it down to the ignition system, not fuel.

Took the distributor out. I see the umm "Middle rotating piece" - is actually touching one of the three prongs on the pulse coil.

I'm guessing this can't be right and is probably my engine miss.

What is the gap supposed to be?

(Or am I way off on this)
