Good morning everyone,

I purchased a relay update kit a few weeks back from DPI, but I havent been able to obtain any instructions on how to install it. My car should finally pass inspection tonight, so I want to get this one ASAP so I can feel a little better driving it. I have attached a photo of my relay panel. Does anyone have any instructions or can guide me on how to do this install? I see there is one relay that isnt even installed.....

First, go to here to print out a diagram of the compartment that lets you know what does what.

I'm not sure what's included with the DPI kit, but assuming it mostly contains standard automotive relays, use them to replace relay numbers 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 29, and 30 (these are all the same type and are completely interchangeable). If you have one more, there's also a relay in the engine compartment on the firewall.

I also see you still have the original blue fan fail module. This is a unit prone to failure and should also be replaced. Hopefully DPI included a Y-jumper cable. It may also have two fuses on it too. Install that per this:

As for the missing relay in the white socket, that is the dome light delay module. It never really worked properly, so most people just pulled the module out which causes the lights to turn off immediately after closing the doors. There's also a red resistor module and a green defrost timer, both of these are fine and not replaced.
