After a lot of searching, I finally purchased DeLorean #2 last weekend. I can honestly say, after a 3 1/2 year hiatus, AAAAHHHHHH IT'S GOOD TO BE BACK!!

Wife and I drove up to Portland, Michigan and drove home vin 11572. Black interior with light grey/gray carpet. SUPER happy with this car. Just needs new brake rotors & pads DESPERATELY and the minor ss clutch line, master, slave, & master on the brakes.

I can say, after losing the first one, I didn't know how much I truly missed it. Without further adue, Vin 11572:

I live about 7 miles down the road from him. Had I known you were going to be in the area, we could have gotten together :cheers:

Sure is! SUPER nice guy. His passion for the car really showed.

We drove up and had to drive back down to STL on Sunday so we were in a bit of a rush! Small world though!

Thanks! Living there is like being on vacation every day. We have a few ponds and a couple thousand acres of rolling farmland that are just begging to be a background once I get the brakes done.

Haha, nice! I didn't start doing that until I saw Jake Kamphoefner doing it on the way to Dayton DCS. It was like, that is GENIOUS.

Thanks! I want to put a head unit in there with an aux. jack. Those radio frequency trasmitters really don't work all that great and I'd love to use the songs on my phone.

Mike, that would be great! I've got a few more pertinent things I need to buy for it right now, like all the hydraulics, but I'm definitely interested if it's in good shape and has an aux. jack! Thank you, sir!
