Does anyone know if how to route this solenoid correctly?
It's a different design and I wasn't sure if I had it right.
I'm guessing the center black pipe goes to the vacuum switch and the black pipe angled 90* goes to the diaphram on the back of the distributor. That follows the old design I guess.

That would be my best educated guess :)

Do I see a ceramic coated intake?!

Do I see a ceramic coated intake?!

Good eye but no. I polished it to a chrome finish.
Only took me a day. I have it down pretty good.
I plan on polishing every component on my other car.
Intake, w pipe, butterfly throttle assem, and mixture unit. I'll post some pictures so you can check it out.
Do you know what the ceramic coated process costs or who does it?

I was quoted this the other day actually:

Valve covers - $220
Intake - $225

I forget what the timing cover was.

It's around $1000 to have all the obvious engine components ceramic coated.

I'm pretty naive about the ceramic coating. Is it mirror chrome looking and how's the durability?
Those prices ream really reasonable to me. I got a quote to polish the intake at 250 before I did it myself.

Didn't Dmc ceramic coat their exhaust, but it peeled off or something?
