Yep, and I offered him an opportunity to review my gen 1 Insight, doubt I'll hear from him, but yes, his video was well done. :)

Really? I thought the opposite...somewhat. It's Matt Farah's (sp) car. The review had a number of errors in it - especially "the locks are hydraulic"...straight from Matt's mouth. Where the heck does this come from??? If he is an automotive enthusiast & journalist, you would think he has an idea of what he is talking about. Also, the statement of "the nicest DeLorean in existence". Also, the facts about engine power & Stage 2 are all wrong & one can only assume most info came from the owner (Matt) himself given the errors at the end where you can hear things being spouted from Matt'x mouth directly. I think this review discredits Matt as a "journalist" & propagating incorrect information about a car he actually owns.


BUT....the rest of the review & how it's done is pretty good. The part about the people orbiting the car when you come out of a store is spot on. Also, I'll agree with much of the brief development history - which is decent for a short car review.

Oh, I agree... Some of the "facts" were laughable. Especially the one about the hydronic locks. Can't believe that Matt Farrah could actually think that.

But the overall tone, and the reviewer's feeling about the car really rang true for me. The first Regular Car Guy Delorean review was also very positive, and funny, too.
